Use of the website
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, not to attempt to disrupt or compromise its operation, and not to submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Recruiting inquiries and introductions
Submitting an inquiry or candidate introduction does not create a recruiting agreement, employment relationship, or guarantee of placement. Employer recruiting services are governed by a signed written agreement.
No professional advice
Content on this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on it.
No guarantee of results
Voninga does not guarantee a job offer, a placement, a hiring timeline, or a particular hiring outcome. Employers make their own employment decisions.
Recruiting fees
Employer fees, payment timing, and any placement guarantee are set out in the signed recruiting agreement. Candidates do not pay Voninga a recruiting fee.
Intellectual property
The Voninga brand, site content, and templates are owned by Voninga or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned according to the terms of that engagement.
Third-party services
The site and our delivery rely on third-party services (hosting, database, email, analytics, payments, and chat). Their availability and terms are outside Voninga's control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voninga is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability for engagements is limited by the terms of the applicable agreement.
